I believe the brand Thinx has a “boy shorts” style

tomboyx has some period boxer briefs but tomboyx is kinda expensive

I know they're advertised as "for women" but I wear Woxers boxer briefs and a) have been able to wear pads in them no problem and b) have never felt dysphoric about the cut or style of them
