I’m a cis guy, question genderfluid and i wanna take hrt for tits and a waist and other feminine stuff, but below the belt size matters to me, is the shrinkage and fertility thing a really big issue or no?

for fertility it's kinda a "err on the side of caution" but def leaning towards being infertile after a long time. like, if you want bio kids, assume it's gonna make you infertile. if you don't want them, assume it's gonna leave you fertile and use other methods of pregnancy prevention

fertility is more uncertain bc there isn’t any/good data on it, some become infertile, some were infertile before e, some retain fertility while on e, some regain fertility if they go off e. shrinkage is mostly a use-it-or-lose-it situation and can/will reverse off e, plus it’s possible to add topical t to help with adverse effects.

hrt doesn't change the shape of your waist too much. mainly just a little more fat goes a bit lower i think

Hrt doesn’t always guarantee tits or a waist either lol. You need to think about this critically
