yeah i am,,, ill be dripping sweat constantly when i leave the house, i need to shower after any time outside and i’ve literally drenched shorten

Not necessarily it also probably depends on genetics and how well you can generally tolerate heat

i used to be very hot all the time but i fluctuate rn and have been generally colder recently since losing weight this last year 💔 my mom runs really hot and idk ab my dad so we're really just winging it

That’s totally fair, u can figure it out as u go, especially with this unpredictable weather we have nowadays. Just remember to drink more water because u need more on T!! I forgot to mention it is also based on physical disability if you have any. I’m on T and SSRIs and actually tolerate heat better because T helped my low blood pressure
