Mood swings, irritability, cravings, and sometimes nausea

It usually starts around the second week of the month

i used to have playlists for different moods when i was on cycle since music helped me a lot with emotional regulation, and when i was feeling irritable if possible id go somewhere to just be alone to sort of reset since a lot of my irritation came from overstimulation when i already was feeling like shit. as for cravings some of them are easier to satisfy than others but just for the sake of having something to snack on carrying to go snacks can be good, like candy/fruit/granola/nuts etc

I mean cravings are easily satiated. for nausea, stay away from pungent food. also mood swings are easier to cope with when you know you're having them, cause you can tell yourself it's just the hormones, try to just... reason out of it, be aware, know that you may have heightened reactions
