planned parenthood has a sliding scale payment option based on household income. here’s screenshots from their website (from two different articles, one is called “sliding scale payment” and the other is called “gender affirming care appointment information”)

I’m using Medicaid right now (shoutout the American taxpayer) so it costs nothing for me, but they use a pay scale based on your income if you’re doing out of pocket

note that on page 2 of the article Sliding Scale Payment, they say “remember, no one will be turned away from receiving care due to inability to pay for services”.
