I’m using Medicaid right now (shoutout the American taxpayer) so it costs nothing for me, but they use a pay scale based on your income if you’re doing out of pocket

note that on page 2 of the article Sliding Scale Payment, they say “remember, no one will be turned away from receiving care due to inability to pay for services”.
