Idk why someone downvoted this… dude your feelings are so real. I’m in the same boat; in my experience it’s been because I know I can’t possibly correct enough people rn to fix anything, so I’m waiting til I “look the part” as I’ve been saying. For them to blatantly not support you is huge red flags and I’m so sorry that happened to you. You’ve got this and you’re a real man- that comes from within.

Drop them. You don’t have to follow the steps of what others think are “correct”. You do what’s best for you, not what makes them think you “qualify”. You’re a real man no matter what some small minded people say
