When doing something, Doing It Yourself can often be cheaper. Is it the case for HRT? I don’t know, google diy hrt to find out more.

Planned Parenthood if you’re 18 or older

not in NY, but in my southern state planned parenthood was an absolute godsend, and they do telehealth. NYC absolutely has more resources - do you know of/can you find local lgbt orgs or even a clinic that would be able to prescribe or fill a prescription?
