fr. & even though most of us don’t have SRS (i’d love it but damn it’s not accessible), many of us still have bottom dysphoria. so fetishizing “ftm”s for genitals we don’t even want… yeah yuck. idk it’s just really weird and nasty to conceptualize trans men as a (literally) neutered version of (cis)masculinity and therefore safe. also, not crazy about being grouped with “masc lesbians” instead of like. men. but whatever.

Fr because some people want bottom surgery and some don’t. Neither is a bad thing, and saying “and angel loses their wings” essentially just shames people for getting a surgery that they obviously wanted to get

Exactly!! I was talking to someone and we were hitting it off really well, until I mentioned that I need to have a vaginoplasty as soon as I am able to. He immediately got upset and started basically begging me not to. 🙃 Dude, my transition isn’t for you, I’m doing what I need for myself to be at home in my own body.
