be on the lookout for other symptoms that it could be an infection (discomfort, weird discharge). also could be a factor is whether or not you trim/shave pubic hair, i find that if i go a while without trimming i get a noticeable increase in odor

yep! your hormones changing will change your body odors (everywhere) surprised it took so long to happen, but it is a normal hrt change

could be atrophy since you're so long on t that it wouldn't be a change in odor from increased t levels. they'll recommend generally lubricants with hylauronic acid as the first line of defense, which imo is dumb bc you're not actually solving the problem. it affects your urinary system as well as front opening, so if it is atrophy, it's important to treat it. i'm on the estradiol tablets inserted in there, and i really like it over the cream option. it feels weird emotionally, but im glad

i’ve never heard of atrophy. my t levels are actually decreased, they upped my dose to see if that helps with the levels. i’ve never had pain with orgasms and never had a uti

interesting. i don’t think/know if that’s what i’m going through at the moment, maybe i already have gone through it cause a while ago i did have pain when ive been impaled. thank you for sharing!
