You can get just regular kinesiology tape that works the same that’s cheaper, if that helps. Still costs money but it’s what I use. I like the Walmart brand, especially since if you do it right it’s free;)

Trans tape does have some tape donation programs, you could try and email/reach out to them and ask if you could be put on a list for that
