I'm on more than just estrogen that has helped my hairloss (minoxidil, dutasteride) but I'd say I've started noticing decent regrowth 1.5 years in to all of these

Estrogen prolongs the hair growth phase of every follicle allowing it to stay in for longer and grow thicker and longer. It also suppresses testosterone and dht which are the causes for most people's baldness

that's not regrowth, though. that's prevention. i know estrogen can have a protective effect; i wasn't aware it could restart hair growth.
