people on T, how do you get your emotions out? i've had a rough day but could only cry a little bit and i feel like i need to full on sob like i used to but i can't get it out

i have a few books and shows with scenes that i know for a fact will make me cry and i revisit them when i want to really get in my feelings without just straight up digging up old trauma. tho sometimes its nice to find something that rlly hits home for like a personal old hurt thats healed over in media, especially if theres a positive resolution
