Hey, I get where you're coming from, but punishing yourself isn't going to improve your relationship with your body or with food. It’s hard to learn to love yoursekf but I promise with loving yourself comes taking care of yourself and being happy at any weight. Punishing yourself and withholding good things won't lead to you trying harder at anything, it just makes you feel too shitty to try in the first place. I get it though, and I see you. I hope you decide to start e soon anyway

I don’t see why you can’t start E now?

there are 34 weeks left in this year. you can lose weight in a healthy way to reach your goal and be able to start E by next year

just start it now. Feeling more comfortable in your skin by being on hormones will improve your self image and make it easier to lose weight. shaming yourself is doing way more harm than good.

I’ve lost 40 pounds since I started estrogen. It made my appetite totally crash and helped me lose a lot of weight so. Not sure if that’s healthy though

I hear it’s good to be a little heavier when you’re on E, since it helps to redistribute the fat more easily

why can't you be a fat woman? that's like, most of my friends' moms and they're all pretty ladies

like, it is not worth waiting to be thinner to start hormones. in no way shape or form. it's miserable to put off something you know will make you happier and you want to explore

I heard you need to eat like crazy once ur on estrogen. I also heard estrogen causes weight gain. So atp its more so health related than anything

you don't need to do that. you can maintain your regular eating habits or change them. and it can cause weight gain, but it doesn't have to. cis girls going through their puberty don't always gain weight.
