Anyone take their E, prog, and spiro and get uber lightheaded or dizzy? Idk if its my hrt I’m trying to narrow things down and find the root cause and don’t know if this would be it. Im on 200 mg prog, 100mg spiro, 4 mg E

I know my progesterone makes me tired and a little lightheaded. Progesterone can affect blood pressure a bit.

Oh yeah, I’ve been on a slight calorie deficit bc I’m working out and want to lose some of the hrt weight that I’ve gained, but I’m still eating before or during taking the medication, and I drink constantly
