i didn’t get it. birth certificate now says F, passport says M

Technically no, but I’ve heard it depends on who is handling your case. Some people have gotten correct markers some haven’t

If you’re in a halfway decent state and get a good trail of people working in it, and you file for a completely new one, you may be able to luck out.

It also probably depends on your state tbh. Even though it’s a federal thing.
