By having a good support network and doing what you can to avoid alcohol. Alcohol also lends itself to increased risk of breast cancer.

Hard to live life as a trans person for an extended length of time if your liver is failing. And I kinda want to make up for my lost time being a woman

I was raised by a family of alcoholics then sent into the poor side of the most drunk sports ever I was literally born to be an alcoholic before the actual benefits (besides ignoring dysphoria) even hit 😭😭😭
