stress can bring it back. mine never stopped so i got on birth control to prevent it (and to treat atrophy)

if you’re willing to do birth control I haven’t had my period in four years thanks to DEPO provera shots, only thing is there’s bone loss and some weight gain concerns so you just gotta stay active on it 🤷 haven’t had any side effects myself though, would recommend

ehhh my concern with depo is it can't easily be stopped if it doesn't stop periods. same issue with IUDs. nexplanon at least you can get it out fairly easily. i'm on pills now, and nuvaring was good in that way too. so that's another consideration OP.
