Sucks that you can’t hotswap body parts… human quality of life would be so much better even outside of queer stuff, but also just… imagine a trans dude getting top surgery and donating the breast tissue to like a transfem or breast cancer survivor? Or transfems getting nullification / other forms of bottom surgery that don’t involve inversion and donating it to someone who needs it? That’d be sick as fuck
