There is a lot of DIY info on Reddit and many websites have been cultivated to make it as safe and effective as possible. Won’t do anything for chest, but T can help with lowering pitch. You can do voice training and get deeper and more masculine without T, though! And, it’s bullshit they’re saying no to prescribing hormones because of weight. That’s not right and isn’t correct.

i’m looking for a way to get rid of my chest size and high voice for ftm, and every doctor i’ve talked to refuses to even prescribe hormones until i lose weight that i can’t exactly lose. i’m active and healthy despite being curvy but they only look at my bmi as a woman and blame every dysphoric moment on my period.

Oh yeah then in that case diy is very worth it as a place to start Granted it won’t really help with ur chest dysphoria but is a very valid option for getting started If ure worried about saftey just make sure u go through trans sources and not some local gym member and u should be beyond safe

Like #2 said, though… if you do need to go the DIY route, go with Trans made/cultivated resources and not just some rando. You deserve to be you.
