when you orgasm everything tends to sort of clench down, and the post sex cramping tends to be a result of that. i think specifically it can happen when your business is having a hard time unclenching or relaxing. when youre on t it can affect a lot of stuff down there, usually as atrophy, which this could potentially be related to. of course everyone is different and it might not be an early indicator of that but if it worries you it might be something to bring up w your dr!

could be vaginal atrophy. i started bleeding when inserting things into me (not my period) and it scared the hell out of me, plus i got my first UTI ever. i'm on Nuvaring now for stopping my periods (finasteride brought them back, but it's also preventing me from balding) and for treating atrophy. it was ideal for me since it's free with my insurance under the ACA vs a vaginal estrogen cream/tablet which would be expensive for me rn. i haven't noticed any "feminizing" effects nor mood issues

I get this but it is because I have endometriosis, and I had the same experience as you (getting it on my period but now it is just any time). Not saying you have endo, it could be just muscles or atrophy, but endo does fuck up the pelvic floor muscles/organs and it ends up doing that.

I’m not on T but I get this very often. I do have endo and usually last like 45 mins to a few hours

Hey! This isn’t a post I relate to but next time when you do a content warning please put the contents of the post in the comments ❤️

i felt it was not graphic or triggering to the point that it was necessary to hide it. i put a content warning so people who don't care to see sexual topics don't have to read, since it's text. if it was an image or i was talking about an extreme subject like SA i would probably do this but it felt like overkill on this post and i figured many people would not care enough to open comments for something that just says "cw: sexual"
