Sometimes I feel like u can’t go on hrt or im not trans enough because I don’t want it bad enough. Like I don’t have severe dysphoria all the time despite not liking how I look, it’s more that I feel like I’m doing things wrong than a why am not a girl

There is no bar for suffering you need to meet. You are allowed to be trans. Also it’s not uncommon for people to not realize just how much dysphoria they had at first. Just wanting to get on hrt is enough.

gently, that's how i felt before i transitioned. i tried desperately to be a girl and i was so awful at it. it felt like putting on drag. i didn't know for sure i was trans when i medically transitioned (because social transition apparently wasn't enough for me, lol), but i knew i couldn't live like that any longer
