tbh this is a phenomenon that extends to cis women too with many repub men being anti abortion. to be a repub man is to operate from an unempathetic position.

They don’t see politics as something that could fundamentally change their life. The Republican men I’ve listened to treat politics like a game to win. To them it’s just low stakes fun, and they can’t see why someone would care so deeply about what they vote for

i mean that would only give me a definition but i’m the only trans girl these particular men (that i know personally) are after. most of them have cis long terms girlfriends which is another reason i wont entertain a conversation
