Based on the amount of tissue they’ll remove, I’ve heard that it becomes extremely difficult to preserve sensation

i forgot about this apologies!! having gotten top surgery, i personally retained a lot of sensation and the people i know who also got it did also. you might not get Everything, but you won’t lose everything either
