To add to this because I had to tell the same trans girl friend this too: you can rewear your bras without having to wash them!!! If they don’t smell bad, you can continue to wear them. You can keep them smelling better longer via deodorant on your tits
Trans femmes who are getting your tits installed, if you have anything bigger than an B cup, you have to put deodorant under those things -sincerely a big chested trans masc

In my house, it was usually only me, my mom, and my younger sibling (who’s also afab) so we would all go months at a time without washing our bras because we wouldn’t handwashing them and we wouldn’t put in the laundry washer, instead we’d wait until we were pretty much out of clean ones and then put them in our dishwasher. Then we’d hang them over the shower curtains to dry for the night

Handwashing took longer than any of us had time for when we were rangling my baby brother and going to work and classes and taking care of the house and the washing machine had a habit of tearing the clips off the nonsport bras. The dishwasher got hot enough to sanitize and clean them without us having to put in much effort
