from a non-binary person who does ID as trans but knows a couple who don’t: one of my friends explained to me that they ID as NB but don’t feel as if it was any sort of internal or external transition, but rather was just using the right terms for something that already existed. might not make sense to everyone, and some might consider it “wrong,” but that’s how they see themself. not anyone else’s business.
