Hey kings I’m not in a position to get topical E very fast so how do I deal with atrophy down there? It’s fucking unbearable I keep bleeding 😭

my dr recommended vaginal lubricants with hylauronic acid. they didn't work for me but you can try them. in my state in the US pharmacists can prescribe birth control now so you could get on nuvaring (or maybe annovera? i was only on nuvaring tho) from them so you'd have estrogen in the area. i switched from nuvaring now to the vaginal tablets and a progesterone birth control

if your issue is getting it prescribed i believe topical estrogen is available otc

Check if it is otc, and look up tips for vaginal atrophy for menopause, it applies to us too. Good luck, I hope u can get topical E soon because it will definitely help :(

that seems unlikely. you could probably buy it online from a supplier but not like, pop into the cvs. we only just got the progesterone only otc birth control pill

i feel like i heard once that it could be purchased otc, but i’ve never actually checked so you’re probably right lol
