If you’ve got a good relationship with your TA I really like #1’s idea tbh, but if not you could say something like “Thank you, I appreciate your care towards my pronouns. See you soon for homework help!” maybe? Keep it casual and don’t mention that it doesn’t bother you. In my experience, mentioning that misgendering doesn’t bother you tends to give people the idea that they can do it.
