They can help a little bit as it’ll help increase bloodflow there, yeah! I’m on E and, well, in the “opposite” direction, but from my understanding…. If it’s progressively more irritating or painful at times, it may be worthwhile to meet with your/an endo and see about getting topical oestrogen (ring, tablet, or cream). It won’t impact your T levels and is largely localised to provide relief.
