I want to start my life anew but I don’t know where to start. I truly hate seeing the way I look. I have no one I can talk to about it either, everyone in my life thinks im just a typical straight cis male

I’m only putting in my two cents but maybe start by finding someone to talk to like a therapist. You could do online and tell no one your going so you can talk about your next steps
