Breathe focus go out when you able to but not when you know you have things to do. Talk to ppl if you’re struggling, I promise they will talk and help you through it and never forget you got this.😎

Highlight all syllabus due dates, get a big ass calendar and put everything in said calendar. Break down studying into multiple days and plan study time or project execution over multiple days. If you aren’t organized it won’t go well

Spend some time planning your approach. Batch tasks. Set aside distractions. Take breaks.

THIS! THIS! THIS! (I am more of an e-calendar person.) My school personally uses Microsoft Outlook and I just recently found out about Microsoft Todo. (This translates to “I have my calendar, emails, and todo list all in one place (one app!!) now” it’s very nice.) I 1000% recommend using available and integrated resources/apps if at all possible. It cuts down a lot on calendar-addition-busywork and email-to-todo-list headache.
