I mean, I wouldn’t say most of them are crazy, but rather, gullible. Mormon leadership is crazy, and some Catholics priests (not all, and not leadership) are crazy, but the majority of people who follow either religion are just believers, not crazy. And if you try to say that the majority of Catholic believers are crazy, then you have to say the same of almost all Protestant sects, because any religion that believes in Jesus traces back to Catholicism, as much as some pretend otherwise.

Catholicism in 700 AD is not the Catholicism we know today. that was universal Catholicism until the split where we got Roman Catholics and Protestants. i don't think OP is saying people who believe in Jesus are crazy. they're saying the history of Mormons & Roman Catholics is crazy, which it is, and i'm a Protestant.
