Really though, man, I’d say abortion is your best bet. The child will only face hardships if their parents are unable to afford parenthood

It’s an age old problem. A society has farmers figure out cheaper ways for food that leads a population boom. More people are born but the economy doesn’t expand and thus costs rise which affects the birth rate. The key is that engineers and farmers to continue to solve problems to support a larger population of a society. Corruption kept that from happening really since the end of world war 2 with oligarchy and boondoggles.

The economy and opportunities will become scarce in any given lifetime. It is a cycle that all families eventually go through. The ones that navigate well have parents or grandparents that help out so families can form when there is no economy for it. This is how and why key families control the economy overtime which then the public seeks reform so that opportunities do not go aristocratic.

Universities for example sell the idea that the degree will give one a better job to have a family yet they do not admit corruption exists and how gangs are at the workplace within the bureaucracies. In some sense that is nothing new when key families controlled the union jobs back then. So reality sets in when the institutions lie about and it becomes a hush hush talk how to even have a family today.

So the ultimate solution is to form a businesses that is cross generational like some castle against the geopolitical shocks that occur from time to time that bamboozle society. No university degree or bureaucratic job will help overtime because often people get weeded out once they get old and thus do not save enough for retirement or the inflation doesn’t have them safe enough.

Basically what stands against the tests of time and corruption is when a family cooperates and works together to forge that economic castle. No bureaucracy nor university can match that in one’s lifetime. There are exceptions but that does not give the amount of control and freedom.

Unions at one point were powerful in society. Jimmy Hoffa is an example how that looked like. Yet in time the society caught out it was an exclusive club and the unions lost power. The current bureaucracy today and the university model will in time lose power because there are parallels to the unions when it’s rigged. Any economy will run into this problem.
