Hii! I know I probably shouldn’t be asking here, but everywhere else I ask gives me joke answers and I’m looking for real ones. I want to lose weight. Does anyone have any diet plans or workouts they can share with me? Here’s a photo of Taylor for you : )

For exercise, try to get in 10k steps a day. It can be hard depending on your current situation, so start small and work your way up. You can start with 5k steps and slowly increase. I workout consistently 5 days a week, 3-4 exercises and a little cardio.

How old are you? If you’re not comfortable giving a specific age, you can give a range. I don’t wanna give someone too young tips that would work for an adult and the other way around

If you don’t like protein powders, Greek yogurt is a great way to get protein in. There’s also many options with no and lower sugar. If you like sodas, switch to diet sodas or stuff like bubly or olipop. Try to eat most of your calories, some drinks can pack so many and you don’t even realize it.

Smaller portion sizes. Even simple workouts too like pushups and sit ups help

If the number is above 1400, aim for that many calories per day. Prioritize protein and fiber so you’ll feel fuller longer. You can still snack and eat whatever you want as long as it fits in your deficit.

I’m not sure if you drink, but cutting down on alcohol will help a lot. There’s also so many accounts on ig and tt by gym girlies with so many recipes that are high protein and low cal, fitfoodieliving is a great one. I also like smallersampcos, she does a lot of fast food swaps and she has a really good Mac and cheese recipe

It’ll be tough at first but you got this! If at any point something feels off, please go to a doctor and they can help you. I’m no medical professional, just someone who’s currently losing weight and this is some stuff that’s worked for me!

You want to be in a calorie deficit. To calculate how many calories you should be eating, you can google tdee calculator and put in your age, height and weight. For activity level, i would put sedentary unless you are an athlete. The number you get is your maintenance calories, aka the number of calories you need to consume to maintain your current weight. Take that number, and subtract 500 from it. If that number is below 1300, don’t do that
