And that’s exactly what the point is. She over explains the songs to make it seem like they’re something they’re not to get away with cheap writing. She makes it seem like there is a deeper meaning so you listen to the songs over and over and then say you like them because you understand the meaning behind them when in reality it’s just shitty writing
