I THINK it might’ve been the Déjà vu writing credits because people claimed it was too close to cruel summer and there’s rumors that she might’ve sued Olivia Rodrigo though i can’t find any proof of that actually happening

i don’t think she sued her, but olivia listed her as a co-writer on that and another song (1 step forward, 3 steps back i think) and olivia fans were angry with taylor for going “that low” to “steal” a new artist’s spotlight
