people who use real social issues as an easy trump card to gain an unfair moral high ground over someone else just because they personally don’t like something are not only obnoxious but also actively hurting the communities they claim to be protecting. doing meth math to try and call taylor a trump supporter and all her fans maga isn’t doing anything but delegitimizing discussion about actual genuine issues trump and his administration have caused.

exactly it's so annoying like i was at a birthday party the other day and my friend just casually mentioned i that i like taylor's music and some people where making dump comments and stuff like ik that we have a different music taste but damn like i don't judge them for their music taste...
