In a line on a showgirl song she says something about “you were in it for real, she was in her phone” and Kayla Nicole was an influencer who posted a lot about her and Travis. They were also in a 5 (?) year on and off relationship, kinda like Joe and Taylor

I’d read the lyrics of Opalite. Also, some people thought the “Onyx night” was a reference to her and her race. Which, I don’t personally think that’s what she was saying (but I’m white so my opinion doesn’t really matter in this context).
