The Kennedy one is the only that’s weird that’s to me imo. Like, they went public on his 18th bday, so they were most likely together before then. Also, he was a grieving teenager and she bought a house really close to him before they started dating.

Honestly, you’re right for this. 20 and 29 is weird and I do say it’s a bit of a stretch, but it’s more the aspects of the relationship that are important. Also pretty positive Taylor never dated someone who was 17. Who are you thinking of?

Taylor Lautner was 17 and Taylor was 19. That’s a normal age gap. Taylor did not start dating Connor until he was 18.

Technically she bought a house near his grandmother’s house. I agree the whole ordeal was a bit weird but Conor Kennedy was no normal 17 year old. Was it weird? Yes it was but again, doesn’t classify as grooming just because of the age difference.

It’s not that her dating OLDER guys was the problem. They manipulated the absolute fuck out of her. THAT is the problem. And it is very obvious in the ATW short story.
