Hi I gave you one example of a 70s song and maybe you should name more outside of some of the most popular bands of all time and all in the same genre. Do you actually regularly listen to any of those artists or perhaps any other 70s music? If not that’s perfectly fine, in fact it’s better but I’m just curious
Disco was also a total fad in the 70s that was mass produced, fun, shallow, and synthetic. It was just dance music, which this album was not, and the lyrics kinda kill the vibe of whatever good production may have been there but like come on man the 70s were soooo much more then disco and the lasting impact of the 70s was so much more then disco too
You're repeatedly ignoring that I am, in fact, referencing one genre on purpose, as I've said. Some elements of this album are clearly being pulled from that style and that specific era of the genre. Obviously, the album doesn't sonically adhere to every single aspect of 70s music.bsffr
