I’ve seen some people say lots of the songs aren’t with the showgirl aesthetic, there’s more than the glamour and stage lights when it comes to being a showgirl which I think is what Taylor is trying to convey here, not every song has to be like that

Not necessarily, I can see why people would think that though, I think with this album it’s so different since the eras tour was when she was insanely popular and a huge artist, everyone was talking about her and she became much more of a “showgirl” especially since in the past, she had that height of popularity/success before, even with the rep stadium tour I don’t believe it was as massive
