More than likely it’s nothing. He knows people don’t like the war so he’s hoping to save his own ass by spouting lies that make the war sound like a massive success because people will take his word at face value. This is just what he does

So true. I’m still scared he’ll reinstate the draft because he’s truly unpredictable. Not saying it’s likely but the fear is still there
