The only real evidence anyone has given me for Savannah being mean is that she talks about how she’s annoyed by other players in her confessionals. But I can’t even explain how normal that is. Almost every player in every season gets confessionals where they speak poorly of other players. In fact, it’s generally how alliances are formed on OG tribes. A majority of players get annoyed by a minority and form an alliance to vote them off. People get mad at Savannah for doing what every player does

See that’s what I thought too. Sage to me felt more “mean” she got to play it off as just being an emotional player but she had multiple segments of being fake to ppl. Sage to me felt more manipulative than Savannah. Savannah not getting to know everyone on a personal levels doesn’t feel like enough of a reason for ppl to hate on her. I do like both of them but still Sage being labeled a mean girl does make more sense to me personally.

Ppl just hate strong and confident women. Not everyone has to like everyone on the island (player to player wise). And confessionals are just that confessing stuff you feel it’s part of the entertainment element that fuels the show.

Yeah Sage was definitely fake. A perfect example is when she would hug Shannon and roll her eyes and make faces when Shannon couldn’t see. She doesn’t have to like Shannon, but that was rude and excessive. But fans think it’s funny so they don’t label it as mean. And yesss people HATE strong, confident women. And Savannah was exactly that. She’s intense and determined. But there’s a difference between being intense and determined and being a bully and a mean girl

Sage literally turned on everyone she had built relationships one way or another except Jawan. For honestly selfish reasons. I did find the segment with Shannon entertaining but at the same time it felt like too much. Savannah was always nice and treated everyone with respect unlike Sage. That’s why I was confused on why pole didn’t like her? But I also forgot ppl just like to write off women for the smallest things. Anyway Savannah is a top 3 new era winner for me. I really like her.

Yeah I don’t mind her turning against people because she’s allowed to play her game, but I hated her constant negativity and rudeness to other players. I always like to look at those moments and imagine if they weren’t on tv. Like imagine if your real friend was rolling their eyes when hugging you and making faces when you weren’t looking. You’d think they’re a total bitch. It wouldn’t be funny. So why is it suddenly okay because a tv show put music over it and gave it a funny edit? Ya know?
