You have to play it before you go to tribal! He technically played it during that confessional when he was like “this is me playing my advantage” or whatever

I am also confused. Idk if I missed something, how did he know about Sophie’s knowledge is power? Did he give his advantage to Kristina? Idk

Did he need to play his advantage before tribal therefore technically not having it in his possession when Sophi asked?

Yes. He had to play it before tribal council, and he actually had a confessional where he said “I’m blocking Savannah’s vote. There. Done. No more advantave.” Or something like that, but it was quick and easy to miss. He played it in that moment, and you can’t steal an advantage that has technically already been played with the KIP. Sophi just got insanely unlucky that it was like the only advantage that has to be played before tribal council starts
