i used to get a lot of ear infections when i was a kid. for me, nothing really eased my pain until i went to the doctor and got prescribed antibiotics tbh

Was suffering from ear issues a couple of days ago definitely try to place the palm of your hand on your ear and rub it to see if any wax comes out
