Exactly what percentage of college students don’t have a drivers license? At my school I have only ever met one person that doesn’t have a license and that is because she is a foreign exchange student

Like guys shit costs money, I know plenty of people with out their license and some family’s will keep their kids from getting one as a form of abuse or can’t afford insurance

A girl I know didn’t get her license until a couple years into college. She grew up with crazy helicopter parents who monitored each and every single thing she did, she had to go behind their backs to get her important documents to get her license. She probably could have used a service like what OP says. Just because it doesn’t affect you or people you know doesn’t mean it doesn’t happen
