The cost of community is inconvenience and to have a village you need to be a villager. You don’t “owe” anyone anything but remember that capitalism thrives on hyper individuality even though we all rely on each other.

Im not a communist but they are absolutely right about this. We are part individual and part groupish, but very social. People who dismiss tribalism in political arguments are dismissing human nature, we naturally form community and identity. Capitalism pits us against eachother for material gains. We as humans should be longing for social capital, not economic capital
