The man is a hero. It doesn't change the fact that Islam as a religion sucks, but that has nothing to do with the fact that the muslim man is a hero. His religion has nothing to do with this.

The hero wasn’t Muslim, he was a Lebanese Christian. Not everyone in the Middle East is Muslim despite the efforts of Islam to ethnically cleanse everyone else

Some of the comments in here are so wholesome. Religion is 100% a driver of both insanity and excuses. Who kills people all bc they believe their “God” has granted them such a right? To persecute, to enslave, to exploit… Religious people can be really wonderful, but they always use it as an excuse to justify bad behavior. The best people I’ve met in my life have been those who are either non-religious or question faith.

We absolutely should, though. Not necessarily most of the people, but the religious beliefs themselves absolutely are horrendous and do not belong. What happened has nothing to do with cult beliefs, though.

You’re saying that and I agree that they shouldn’t focus on one aspect, however, you assumed the hero in this case Muslim and you were wrong. I suggest you follow your own advice and do more research before you try to play the moral high ground as you did. That being said there is a trend of Muslims committing terror attacks on foreign soil that you cannot ignore and that is what people are concerned about.

why do you deny history? it’s not me that’s lying, i have no allegiance to any of these religions. but i think hypocrisy for the sake of racism and persecution should be condemned. christianity has taken more lives than any religion in history. we are seeing a televised genocide being carried out by jews in israel right now. islam also has blood on its hands but it is unfair to say that it is a problem unique to that religion.
