It was this person saying they hate that people are just pulling out their phones in an exam and using ai to pass. They hate that they work hard and don’t have the chance to get a grade that’s good enough to beat that. This they will complain to the professor. That’s the policy at the school I am at btw.

i've never cheated be abuse i value knowledge but i certainly wouldn't fuck with someone else's future under any circumstances especially for no gain of my own (the curve is a weak ass excuse if they're using AI and you studied you should still be outperforming them)
