I’ve had several older coworkers try and set me up with their daughters / granddaughters. Sometimes it helps to just be frank and say “hey I’ve been looking but I can’t seem to find anyone, if you know someone who would be interested let me know.” Old ladies love that shit.

One time my coworker had a photo of his daughter on his desk and I asked about her because I thought she was pretty. Bro invited me to dinner the same night, brought her to dinner so we could meet, and paid for my food. I think a lot of people are having issues meeting and if your coworkers see you are a good guy 9/10 times they’ll go to bat for you.
