Science doesnt say “life begins at conception”, stop twisting words to suit your narrative. All science says happens at conception is that the sperm fertilizes the egg to form a zygote. Other than the fact those two sentences are personal moral slogans about self control vs self imposition, no, they are not at all equivalent. They’re not morally equivalent, they’re not legally equivalent and they’re not causally equivalent either. To pretend that they are is to display how ignorant you are of those differences.
Babies have bodies too but you’re fine with them being murdered. There is no logic in the statement of “if you don’t like it don’t get one” unless you also support changing the law to allow murder of everyone else conventionally. Life begins at conception both scientifically and morally. Nothing can ever justify the murder of a child in the womb.
